A skin-nourishing drink packed with fruits, herbs, and veggies that promote a healthy, radiant complexion.
Ingredients
1 cucumber (hydrating and cooling)
1/2 cup coconut water (for hydration)
1/2 orange (rich in vitamin C)
1/2 lemon (helps detoxify, brighten skin and promotes collagen production)
A handful of spinach or kale (rich in antioxidants)
1 tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory and brightening)
A small piece of ginger (boosts circulation)
Honey or agave to taste (optional, for a little more sweetness)
instructions
First things first, thoroughly wash your fruits and vegetables!
OPTION 1—
Cut produce into appropriate sizes to fit the juicer's feed chute, and feed it into the juicer.
OPTION 2—
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add more coconut water or a little ice.
Pour into a glass, and enjoy immediately for the best results.
